Frankie Lloyd received an M.S. in Information System Security, from Colorado Technical University in 2007 and is currently teaching Computer Information Systems (CIS) courses and holding CompTIA Certification preparation workshops at Parker University. A strong advocate for practical based learning, he involves his students in activities and projects that illustrate the real-world practical aspect of the course theory. His professional interests focus on Project Management, Information System Security Management, Programming Languages and his current projects include Designing and deploying Computer Based Training (CBT) modules for various security education as well as Developing and implementing electronic workflow for various security processes.  In addition, he serves as a Change Control Board member for several enterprise Security systems at Raytheon, and has also served as lead system administrator for the Access Commander Security Database. He is a member of Parker University CIS Advisory Board, and he has obtained various Security Clearances, Certifications and Accreditations.  He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, focusing on Information Assurance. Coleman McKoy CV Computer Information Systems BCIS 2309 Coleman McKoy received an M.S. Cyber Security specializing in Computer Forensics
from Utica College in 2015 and is currently teaching Criminal Justice courses at El Centro College Dallas, as well as teaching Cyber Security at Parker University.  A strong advocate for justice based values he involves his students in leveraging personal experience and mentoring activities and projects that reflect core professional beliefs. His professional interests focus on Cyber Security, Criminal Justice, Education Counselling and his current projects include enriching instruction by bringing his experiences in the criminal justice field to students in the classroom through illustrating theories with real-world examples.  In addition, he serves on the Parker University Advisory Board committee, and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since 2015. He is currently studying toward his PhD in Criminal Justice.

Dr. Richmond Segun Adebiaye is a Professor of Computer Information Systems, Information Security and researcher. He has over twelve (12) years’ experience teaching various Computer Information and Security Courses. He is also a consultant in the field of Web Design and Development, Digital Forensics, Information Security (Penetration, Vulnerability Testing, and cyber security and all aspects of Intrusion Detection and Prevention), Blackberry/Android application development services, Database design and development and IP telephony Configuration and development. He is also skilled in plans development, review, implementation, and security implementation of Enterprise networks. He has consulted for US agencies like Lockeed Martin, NASA as a vulnerability and penetration tester against Industrial Espionage and Cyber Security. Part-Time

Professor Shena Young received a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, American
InterContinental University in 2002, and is currently teaching Computer Information Systems (CIS) courses and holding CompTIA Certification preparation workshops at Parker University.  A strong advocate for effective student interactions, she involves her students in activities and projects that reinforce the textbook.  Her professional interests focus on IT Management, Project Management, Service Delivery, Operations Management, and her current projects include Strategic IT Planning, defining service and enterprise technology strategies that reduce costs, and improving efficiencies, supporting organizational goals, and maximize technology investments.  In addition, she serves as End User Services IT Manager for Flowserve, and possesses the following certifications: PMP Certification, ITIL Foundation V2 and V3 Certified, ITIL Service Capability: Operational Support and Analysis Certification.

Dr. Todd Hale CV General Education MATH 1342 Dr. Todd Hale earned his PhD in I/O Psych from Capella University. In addition to working at Parker University, he also works as a Clinical Research Coordinator for St. David’s North Austin Medical Center here in Austin Texas. St. David North Austin is part of the greater Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) with 165 hospitals and 115 free standing surgery centers in the U.S and Great Britain. In his role as the Clinical Research Coordinator, he is responsible for managing a research team that conducts all in-patient, and out-patient clinical research projects at the hospital. Dr. Hale is also visionary and founder of the company Confirmed Consent at www.confirmedconsent.com . Part-Time

Dr. Preston Rich CV Computer Information Systems BMGT 1301 Dr. Preston Rich received his Ph.D. with Distinction, in Organization and Management from Capella University and is currently teaching Management and IT Security Strategy courses at Parker University and Collin College, Frisco, Texas. A strong advocate for Transformational Change and Leadership Development and Improvement, he involves his students in activities and projects related to Strategic Information Security Leadership, Information Security Policy, Strategic Business and IT Alignment.  His professional interests focus on Information Security Management, Portfolio and Program Management, Human Capital Leadership, and his current projects include IT Compliance, COBIT, ITILV3, Strategy Creation, Organizational Development and Design.  In addition, he has served for the Class of 2013/2015 as Presidential Management Fellow Finalist, and is a Life member, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Quartermaster, Frisco VFW Post 8273.  He is also Certified as a Trainer, in Kendall Life Languages, as a Change Manager, in Online College Instruction, and ITIL V3 Foundation. Jonathan Parker CV Computer Information Systems BMGT 1301 Jonathan Parker received his Master of Educational Administration, Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2017 and is currently teaching Management courses in the Computer Information Systems (CIS) program at Parker University.   A strong advocate for results orientated Articulation and Dual Credit
Programs, he involves his students in activities and projects that promote effective knowledge transfer, especially in STEM (Science Technology Engineering, Mathematics) as well as advising students on achieving their goals.  His professional interests focus on Career Education and Workforce Partnerships, Administrative Experience, and developing services for a comprehensive array of business professionals, educators, and students including Executives of the City of Dallas and Senior Level Leadership within both the Dallas Independent Schools and Dallas County Community College Districts.  In addition, he serves as Articulation and Dual Credit Program Manager – STEM Division for El Centro College, Dallas, Texas, and has acquired the TestOut Courseware – Network Professional Certification (2017) and the  Texas Education Agency – Principal Certification (K-12) (2017).  He is currently studying toward a Master of Information Systems, at Tarleton State University.
